Hello, my name is Joanne Waldman and I would like to personally welcome you to our school.

I head up the Career and Retirement Coaching Community of Practice at ICA.

This community is a place for coaches interested in career change and transition to meet, share resources and support each other.

The Certified Professional Coach Training Program is accredited with the ICF (International Coach Federation) which means you can trust its quality and rigour. It teaches core coaching skills and knowledge which you can then build on in your chosen Community of Practice.

There is a great deal of information on our site about coaching, accreditation, certification and career pathways, but before you go any further I invite you to sample our coach training materials and listen to our Graduate Case Studies. This will give you more of a 'feel' for our style than simply reading pages and pages of web content.
